Palm Sunday - April 9, 2023

On April 9th, 2023, Father Barnabas Fravel celebrated a beautiful Liturgy for Palm Sunday. Following Liturgy, the children listened to the story of Palm Sunday and then did a craft project with pussy willows.

About 50 years ago, Matushka Frances Vinyard taught Sunday school at St. Michael’s, and on a Palm Sundays, the children would paint with pussy willows. As a tribute to Matushka Frances, the same lesson was given to her great granddaughters at Sunday School this Sunday.
